Our BA in Culinary Arts includes the following:
- 3 six-month residencies
- Up to 3 paid internships in some of America's top restaurants developing your skills and industry contacts.
- 9 Month non-resident term
- Multiple enrollments throughout the year.
As a graduate of NECI you'll be a part of the NECI alumni community of professionals, who are among the most sought after in the industry.
"I graduated in 1997 and opened my own fine-dining establishment in 2001. I would never have had the necessary experience or confidence in the kitchen if it wasn't for the intense hands-on style of teaching at NECI." --John Bonnell, Chef/Owner, Bonnel's Fine Texas Cuisine.
