	Professional Referral Scholarship awards of $2,500 and a FREE knife kit.
	Available for students enrolling in a March 2006 associate?s degree in culinary arts
	Must be referred by a NECI alumnus or a chef/manager/owner of an approved NECI internship site
	Referral must be made by December 1, 2005.
	Must have 6 months production kitchen experience to qualify.
